When will I know whether my company has been shortlisted?
The Regional Awards contender list will be published on this website on the 19 March, when voting opens.
The National Awards shortlist will be published on this website and in the 19 September issue of Estates Gazette.
Everyone who has entered will receive confirmation by email on the 18 September.
When will I find out if my company has won?
The Regional Award winners will be announced in the 16 April issue of Estates Gazette.
The announcement of the winners will be made at the EG Awards on 8 December 2011 at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
What are the timings for the evening of the National Awards?
7.00pm Drinks Reception
7.30pm Dinner
9.40pm Cabaret
10.00pm Awards commence
1.30am Bars close
2.00am Carriages
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you one month prior to the Awards, in time for you to send them on to your confirmed guests.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the Organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be met.

How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submitting your details.
What is your table cancellation policy?
• Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below. If you cancel on or before 7 October 2011 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%. If you cancel after 7 October 2011 no refund will be given.
• If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
• Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
