A single place is £250.00 + VAT (total £293.75)
Fee includes pre-dinner drinks reception, ½ bottle of wine, 3-course dinner, awards presentation and post-awards party on Monday 22 November 2010.

Please note that hotel accommodation and drinks, other than those stated, are not included in the table price.  You will be sent drink order forms with your invitations one month out from the event.
