How to enter

The EG Regional Awards have now closed for 2012.  

If you are a Property Adviser and wish to enter the Regional Awards in the future, please contact Angela Jones on T 020 8652 3818.

To enter the Property Adviser of the Year category for any region the following criteria applies:
• Create a PDF of no more than 500 words explaining why you believe your company should win.
• Clearly mark your submission with your region.
• Within your covering email (not your PDF submission) please provide at least two client testimonials and client's email contact details (a sample will be verified).
• Remember to include your full contact details within your covering email.
• Your submission must not contain any confidential information as EG will be making it public when voting opens.
• Your PDF submission must not exceed a file size of 2MB.
• PDF submissions should be emailed to egawards@estatesgazette.com before the deadline of the award year (typically early March).
• Entries are still being accepted up until close of business today (14 March).

The shortlist for the Property Company of the Year is drawn up by the Estates Gazette editorial team. Readers are then asked to vote on both shortlists (Company and Adviser).

It is recommended that you address the following within your submission:
• What have been your key achievements over the past 12 months (February 2011- February 2012) e.g. instruction wins, key pieces of work that have come to fruition, senior appointments?
• What make this team stand out from others in the market?
• What steps or new approaches have you taken to help ensure this team’s success in the new business environment?
• What evidence is there of success – financially and in terms of client satisfaction?
• How many staff do you employ in the relevant area – and how have staffing levels altered?
