How to enter the EG Awards in just 3 easy steps
STEP 1 Tell us in no more than 1,000 words what you have achieved and why your company deserves an award
(You are advised to type this statement offline)
STEP2 Collate any supporting material to back up your statement
STEP 3 Upload your submission statement and supporting material by Friday 30 July 2010

When will I know whether my company has been short-listed?
The full shortlist will be published on this website and in the 11 September issue of Estates Gazette.
Everyone who has entered will receive confirmation by email on the 10 September.
When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the EG Awards on 22 November 2010 at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
What are the timings for the evening?
7.00pm Drinks Reception
7.30pm Dinner
9.40pm Cabaret
10.00pm Awards commence
1.30am Bars close
2.00am Carriages
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you one month prior to the Awards, in time for you to send them on to your confirmed guests.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the Organisers. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be met.
How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submitting your details.
What is your table cancellation policy?
• Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below. If you cancel on or before 22 September 2010 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%. If you cancel after 22 September 2010 no refund will be given.
• If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.
• Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
